Are you ready to go beyond? Job Summary: Perform technical/administrative support in various areas of the supply chain management group.
Must be able to efficiently manage stock room inventory, schedule deliveries and communicate with suppliers.
The ability to build successful relationships with both internal customers and external suppliers is imperative.
Must be able to multitask and posses a strong attention for detail.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain appropriate stock room inventory levels.
Generate purchase requisitions for items that require replenishment.
Retrieve all ordered materials from Shipping and Receiving Department Ensure ordered items match packing list and purchase order.
Replenish stock to appropriate areas.
Communicate with vendors to expedite deliveries or discuss order discrepancies.
Maintain documents relating to purchase requisitions and purchase orders, file documents as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Work schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 4:00PM/Flexible Basic Qualifications: U.
S.
Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
HS Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years administrative support or related work preferred.
Excellent organization and time management skills Strong accuracy and attention-to-detail skills Knowledge with MS office tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint Must be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be willing to take initiative to solve problems that are not always well-defined.
Experience with receiving a variety of items and maintaining inventory control a plus.

The salary range for this role is $20.
00 - $24.
00 per hour.
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
