Teen Program Assistant

The candidate for this job would be working with youth ages 10-14 in an afterschool program.
The candidate would need to plan daily activities for a program that includes creative development (dance, arts, music), homework and tutorial assistance and gym activities including volleyball, basketball, softball etc.
with the program director.
Full time hours are available for the candidate in the summer, and on school holidays and breaks.
The schedule is daily from 1:30- 5:30.
In summer, the candidate could work full time if available.

It is important to be able to maintain control of the group in a way that is respectful, loving and firm.
It is important to set clear boundaries and expectations of the youth in the program.
The candidate must possess a minimum of an associate's degree in a human services field or secondary education.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.
00 - $18.
