Fitness PT, PC is seeking a part-time or full time Medical Receptionist We are seeking a person that can meet these qualifications: Strong communication skills.
Interact positively with customers on the phone and in person.
Able to follow directions and multi task.
Reliable and dependable.
Knowledge of medical software.
Responsibilities include answering the phones, scheduling and confirming appointments as well as locating valid and current insurance benefits and authorization of service.
Checking in patients, taking and recording copays, Experience is preferred but willing to train for the right candidate.
