We are a small yet steadily growing business in Boonville, NY looking for a motivated and forward-thinking addition to our Customer Service/Sales Support team.
The primary role of this position is to understand all aspects of our business process to effectively assist customers in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner via telephone and email.
Further, to proactively approach each interaction to identify additional sales and service opportunities while working toward independent account management.
Position Requirements:
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written - are mandatory.
- Computer knowledge and experience - Microsoft Office Suite - and a comfortability with technology as we utilize a number of other platforms/programs.
- Must possess the ability, willingness, and flexibility to work both independently and collaborate in a group as needed.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects
- College degree and related experience required - preferably atleast 2 years
