Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.

We have part time or full time positions available.
Shifts are either 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Assist with reservations and manage room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in using hotel management software systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of guest relations principles and practices
