The Customer Care Representative will manage and answer customer phone calls and emails, with a focus on entering service calls and submitting sales orders.
They will be expected to assist the customer and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner while showing empathy and understanding.
The Customer Care Representative will also act as a back-up for side tasks or duties that the administrative team may need help with.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Take supply orders from customers.
Prepare supply quotes for customers.
Take service calls from customers.
Track shipments, research and solve issues with customer orders.
Trouble shoot with customer over the phone on service call issues
Assist Administration Team with side tasks/duties
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED
Experience in Customer Service
Proficient in using Computers for Data Entry and Management
Familiarity with Phone Systems
