Customer Service Representative

*Vantine Imaging*, founded in 1937, provides composite photography to collegiate organizations to preserve their history.
We are the nation's first and leading composite photography company, working with college sororities and fraternities nationwide.
Our *Customer Service* *Team* provides support to our external customers as well as to our traveling Photography & Sales teams.
The *Customer Service Representative* interacts with the sorority & fraternity customers regarding the group's upcoming photography shoot and provides support to the Photographers & Sales Representatives in the field.
*SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:* * Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills & communication skills - written, verbal, phone & email.
* Must be able to maintain professional interaction with a wide range of customers, internal and external.
* Proficiency in managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously & learning new systems.
* Strong ability to prioritize & multi-task.
* Excellent computer skills.
*EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:* * High School Diploma or GED required.
* Associates Degree preferred.
* 2-years previous customer service experience preferred.
* Knowledge of basic computer operations in an Apple environment, preferred.
