Manufacturer/Importer of decorative consumer goods looking for a Customer Service/Accounts Payable Associate whose primary duties will be attending to Ecommerce Accounts to grow our business by fostering relationships with new and existing customers.
The position assists our customers (resellers) by providing data, images, policies, terms and conditions regarding our products for sale on their websites.
The position requires the use of spreadsheets, ftp software and a variety of customer dashboards and interfaces.
A successful candidate will be: · Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office apps · Familiar with Photoshop and photo editing · Experienced at reading contracts/agreements and negotiating terms · Skilled at providing superior customer care A successful candidate will have: · A friendly, professional demeanor · The ability to articulate points clearly and persuasively · Excellent written communication · A detailed eye for reviewing spreadsheets · Accuracy · An aptitude for analytics · Superior time management skills · The ability to take initiative and the diligence to follow up · Notable typing skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.
