The pay range for a Client Service Representative is 19 - $21 hourly (based on experience) + performance-based bonuses
What You Will Do:
The Client Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders of Property & Casualty insurance by answering questions, interpreting policies, explaining coverage, and resolving concerns.
The Client Service Representative will act as a liaison between the customer and insurance companies to answer questions, promote opportunities, and resolve concerns.
While the primary focus of the Client Service Representative is delivering a white-glove customer experience, you will also have the ability to upsell and cross-sell existing clients.
