This encompasses meticulous attention to detail in verifying room rates, proficiently handling reservation procedures, and efficiently managing the check-in and check-out processes.

Effectively answers any guest questions.
Directs guests to proper areas for answers to questions.
Follows through on guest issues to ensure they are resolved.
Exhibits a sincere desire to comply with guests’ requests.
Consistently places all registration materials into the guest’s hand.
Provides a copy of the bill in the guest’s hands during check out.
Confirms the payment method.
Handles all transactions expeditiously and concisely.
Develops and maintains full knowledge of Turning Stone property and amenities and familiarity with surrounding area and attractions to be able to assist with guest inquiries.
