Job description
Red Stag, LLC is seeking a talented and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a multi-faceted approach to overseeing Dispatch, scheduling/load-planning, and having frontline communication with drivers while providing exceptional customer service and inspirational leadership.
The Operations Manager will provide leadership and oversight of the scheduling and coaching and ensure performance standards are met.
He or she will deeply understand logistics, dairy, supply chain, and DOT regulations.
This person will demonstrate a consistent and high level of customer service, proactively meet challenges, and resolve problems to ensure adherence to performance standards.
***This candidate will need to have a strong knowledge of milk hauling experience.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Performs maintenance and repairs on company vehicles when needed
Ensures compliance with health/safety regulations and procedures with Shop
Maintains daily paperwork
Scheduling loads
Excellent communication skills with customers and drivers
proficient computer skills
manage time & attendance for payroll
Processes PM’s and fleet mileage in Samsara
Oversees time and attendance for shop personnel and technicians
Qualifications:
Receivers/ milk handlers license
Manager experience preferred
CDL Class A
Tanker endorsed
Diary industry experience
