Responsibilities: - Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests - Organize and maintain documents in physical and electronic filing systems - Conduct legal research on case law and statutes - Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information - Prepare for trials by organizing exhibits and assisting with other tasks as needed - Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, court personnel, and other attorneys - Manage deadlines and calendars for multiple cases simultaneously Skills: - Proficient in proofreading legal documents for accuracy and consistency - Experience with iManage or similar document management systems - Strong clerical skills including typing, filing, and data entry - Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures related to various types of law - Ability to transcribe dictations accurately and efficiently - Familiarity with contract review and analysis - Competence in using Legal Case Management software - Experience with Lexis-Nexis or other legal research tools - Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively

Pay: $52,000.
00 - $58,000.
