Skills And Experience You Will Bring To Us:
Providing legal and administrative support on all matters including, commercial contracts, corporate governance, intellectual property, corporate transactions, and general corporate and organization-wide projects.
Contract administration, management, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and documents.
Assisting with the preparation of corporate records (i.
e.
, bylaws, operating agreements, minutes, resolutions, etc.
) and supporting the maintenance of subsidiary entity activity, jurisdictional qualifications to do business, and related entity and corporate governance items.
Your Knowledge That Matters Most For The Senior Paralegal Role:
Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certification preferred.
Must have at least 3 years of experience as a corporate paralegal.
Must have strong contract drafting and review skills with the ability to manage contracts through the contract life-cycle with a focus on efficient workflow.
Proven experience with the maintenance of corporate books and records.
