$68-80,000/yr The Banquet Manager will be responsible for providing support and guidance to banquet employees to ensure a successful and effective event to provide a positive guest experience.
Qualified candidates will possess the skills needed to facilitate up to 150 events a month varying from small meetings to conventions to fundraising galas to weddings.

Schedules regular meetings to ensure that all Team Leaders and staff have all necessary information.
Maintains a working knowledge of Catering Operations internal functions, controls and software updates and takes the initiative to convey pertinent information to Team Members regarding policy changes.
Consistently demonstrates outstanding guest service skills and always identifies repeat guests.
Takes responsibility for making sure Team Members are trained/developed in Catering Operations and monitors business flow to develop efficient training, break and shift schedules.
Demonstrates responsibility for the proper billing and settlement of all Banquet functions and prepares toke report.
Demonstrates the initiative to assist all Beverage staff when required by business needs.
Ensures that all departments within the operation are scheduled for maximum coverage during peak hours.
Your knowledge that matters most for this role: High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma required.
College degree or some level of secondary education preferred.
Previous Banquet/Catering experience required; 2 years supervisory experience.
Must possess outstanding guest service skills.
Ability to organize/prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
