Registered Nurse
Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments to patients according to physician's orders
- Manage airways and provide respiratory support as needed
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews
- Coordinate and manage patient care through case management techniques
- Assist with tube feeding and ensure proper nutrition for patients
- Provide compassionate and supportive care for patients in hospice palliative medicine
- Apply knowledge of human physiology to assess and monitor patient conditions
- Utilize aseptic technique to prevent infection and promote patient safety
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement discharge plans
- Provide specialized care for infants, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with feeding
Skills:
- Proficient in medication administration techniques
- Experienced in airway management procedures
- Skilled in conducting thorough patient assessments
- Knowledgeable in case management principles and practices
- Competent in tube feeding procedures
- Familiar with hospice palliative medicine protocols and practices
- Strong understanding of human physiology and its application to patient care
- Proficient in aseptic technique to maintain a sterile environment
- Experienced in discharge planning processes and procedures
- Knowledgeable in providing specialized care for infants
