RN Unit Manager Registered Nurse -Unit Manager We are actively seeking an RN Unit Manager for the 40 bed Rehab unit Premium Compensation & Comprehensive Benefits Package! Duties Include: Handle all supervisory duties for assigned location.
Help establish and implement employee policies and procedures.
Mentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical & career advice.
Maintain the standards of care for the company Review patient records & quality of care.
Monitor overall care & review individual patient's records.
Address questions or complaints brought forward by patients and/or their families.
Represent upper level managements' interest.
