*Job Description:*
* Eight hour responsibility and accountability for evaluating and maintaining quality care for residents.
* Responsible for assuring optimal nursing care through appropriate clinical and managerial activities including care planning.
* Responsible for addressing family concerns, directing and monitoring staff performance on off shifts.
* Assists in monitoring regulatory compliance and quality assurance programs.
Makes rounds to assess staff and resident needs.
* Responsible for the quality of nursing care on specific shift.
Collaborates with medical staff, other depts.
to provide high quality care based on best practice standards.
*Qualifications and Skills*
* Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current license by State Board of Nursing.
* Must pass Medication Testing and Skills Proficiency on annual basis.
Three years of health care experience with Supervisor experience.

The base salary range for this position is $80K - $83K per year commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education & prior accomplishments.
The position may be eligible for additional compensation not listed here, including but not limited to shift differentials, incentives or bonuses, as applicable.
