Job Description:
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team for the night shift.
As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care and support to our residents/patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents/patients with daily living activities, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing team.
- Assisting in transferring or repositioning residents/patients as needed.
- Assisting with meals and ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
- Documenting resident/patient care in accordance with facility guidelines.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents/patients.
- Maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid CNA certification from an accredited program.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
