Seeking Social Worker to work the NY Central Psychiatric Center $55 per hour *Shift details:* * M-F, 8am - 4pm *Job Description:* Contract staff would mainly be working weekdays and assisting in providing therapeutic services to patients in a primary therapist role to include individual therapy and the completion of mental health assessments and documentation (Core History, Suicide Assessments/risk assessments, Weekly/Monthly Progress Notes, Treatment Plans, Discharge Plans), according to policy and procedure.
Group facilitation may also be indicated.
