Job Responsibilities:
Performing vehicle repair/maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency/accuracy.
Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly and effectively.
Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair, if authorized by the Customer.
Conducting multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations.
Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
**Technicians with ASE certifications and/or NYS Inspector’s license are highly encouraged to apply!
Job Requirements:
Prior automotive experience preferred
Subaru experience a plus
NYSI license a plus
ASE certifications a plus
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
Keep and update all training and certifications
Must have own tools
Be at least 18 years of age

The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($58,448.
00 to $115,900.
00), which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”).
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
