*Job title: Home Health RN*
* Location: Utica and Oneida , New York
* Schedule: Hours are 8am-4pm Monday through Friday
*Note: Federal mileage rate provided*
*Requirement:*
* At least 2 years of Home Health experience is required.
* BLS-AHA required.
* 5-6 visits per day minimum.
* No on call, No weekends
Licensed and currently registered to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York
* Valid New York State drivers license.
* Computer literacy, including but not limited to data entry, retrieval, and report
generation.
* Ability to work with patients-families of all ages and in a variety of settings, including inpatient facility and patients homes presenting diverse physical conditions and social-cultural environments.
* Ability to drive to and from a variety of settings in varying weather conditions.
* Ability to perform physical tasks which include sitting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs, bending, and may include lifting a minimum of 40 pounds
