M&P Community Services is proudly affiliated with the agency ICAN, and contracts to provide services for individuals referred from ICAN.
This is an opportunity for Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem work.
You will be well compensated, while making a difference in your community!* *Quality Community Based Clinicians* * Provide Confidential Quality Individual & Family Therapy * Provide Strength Based Therapeutic Support to Youth and Adults Who Have a Mental Health Diagnoses * Collaborate With Other Service Providers as Needed * Psychoeducation * Submit Therapy Notes In A HIPPA Complaint Electronic Health Record * Participate in Treatment Team Meetings * Assist in Developing Individual Service Plans * Pay Rates Based On Clients Program Referral Source * Make Your Own Flexible Independent Schedule * Opportunity For Health Benefits * Experience working with Individuals (Youth and/or Adults) with Mental Health Diagnoses and Intellectual Disabilities * Masters Degree & NYS Licensing ( LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC) * Adhere to Client Confidentiality & Professional Boundaries * Working Computer With Both Internet & Chrome Access is Required * Access To A Safe Reliable Vehicle Is Required * Affiliated With The Agency ICAN Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $75.
