Skills And Experience You Will Bring To Us As A Kitchen Technician:
Capacity to unhook gas lines to kitchen equipment; stoves, ovens, fryers, etc.
, and move equipment as necessary so the area is accessible to clean thoroughly.
Knowledge to return equipment to its original location, and inspect equipment and gas lines to ensure proper working order.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair various cleaning equipment, cleaning machine malfunctions, and repair or replace broken components.
To Be Successful As A Kitchen Technician, You’ll Need:
OSHA 10 and PECT Certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
Firm understanding of NFPA 96 and ANSI's standards for the Inspection of Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Systems.
Current NYS driver's license required.
