The Pro Shop Attendant will act as a valued contributor to our passionate golf team, ensuring we provide our guests with an experience that will leave them excited to come back! Pro Shop Attendant is responsible for opening and closing the pro shop, processing all guest purchases, registering golfers for their tee times, handling guest inquiries, booking tee times and lessons, and working with other staff members to ensure an efficient player registration process and golf operation.
This is a Seasonal role running from April through October depending on the weather.

Skills and experience you will bring to us:
Capacity to greet guests/golfers as they arrive in the pro shop/ clubhouse, check them in, take payment, routinely inspect all guest areas, and open and close the pro shop.
Proficiency in accurately booking tee times and lessons over the phone; handles all guest inquiries.
Ability to maintain a strong knowledge of pro shop merchandise and assist with inventory, restocking, and designing golf displays.
Capability to communicate effectively with Teaching/ Professional staff, Player Assistants, and Golf Services Attendants to help ensure all guest needs are met.
Your knowledge that matters most for this role:
Excellent guest service skills.
Some knowledge of golf is preferred.
