What does a Pro Shop Attendant?
Greet guests/golfers as they arrive in the pro shop/ clubhouse, check them in, take payment, routinely inspect all guest areas, and open and close the pro shop.
Accurately booking tee times and lessons over the phone; handles all guest inquiries.
Maintain a strong knowledge of pro shop merchandise and assist with inventory, restocking, and designing golf displays.
Communicate effectively with Teaching/ Professional staff, Player Assistants, and Golf Services Attendants to help ensure all guest needs are met.
To be successful as a Pro Shop Attendant, you'll need:
Excellent guest service skills.
Some knowledge of golf is preferred.
