Room is available May 1 - possibly earlier, and the current lease runs until June 3rd which will be renewed.
Your roommate would be me, a 33-year-old male PhD student.
Professional or mature students are preferred.
We are looking for someone to keep the good vibes at home - we are both laid-back and quiet and expect the same.
The current studio tenant has a brown lab that hangs out in the backyard (not in the main house), so you must be somewhat dog-friendly.
You must clean up after yourself.
Common areas and guest house are furnished but the bedroom is not.
We have on-site laundry and a massive property, which includes a guesthouse/greenhouse/study space, patio deck, fire pit area, BBQ, shed, and garden.
