Licensed Customer Service Representative

_Licensed Property & Casualty Customer Service Representative _ Must have 3 years experience as a NY Licensed P&C Agent.
Additional State Licenses a plus, but not required.
Must Have experience with "EZlynx " management System.
Must be able to service Personal & Commercial clients including: Documenting all transactions; Quoting with Agency required limits; Completing, in full detail, all Agency required change forms; Generate Binders, ID cards & Certificates; Answer phone calls and respond to all emails and messages in a timely manner.
Must have experience working with Erie Insurance and New York Central Mutual.
Must work in fast paced environment, type 40wpm, be organized, and motivated to succeed.
