Position Title: Employee Experience Liaison Department: Human Resources Reports To: Director of Recruitment & Retention Classification: Salary Pay Range: 60k - 75k Position Scope: The Employee Experience Liaison will oversee staff retention programs across the whole company under the direction of the Director of Recruitment and Retention.
In order to keep a sufficient number of qualified workers in the CWP workforce, this role will be in charge of employee retention initiatives.
Along with overseeing activities, this person will make sure that newly implemented programs (such as staff engagement or peer mentorship) are successful and produce the expected results.
The individual holding this role will take part in the creation of the organization's employee engagement and employee relations policies and programs.
In order to boost retention, support new recruit success, and guarantee a great work experience, the employee experience liaison will create a proactive systems strategy.
Essential Tasks/Duties: Work with department leaders to manage and support employees including program orientation, training, and access to resources to help the organization achieve their retention goals, ensuring that employees have access to and are receiving all needed support services Develop tools to obtain and address employee feedback Assist with creating and administering an Employee Appreciation, Recognition and Engagement Program.
This robust program will identify and recognize outstanding employees who regularly go above and beyond to support CWP’s mission and goals.
This program will also establish and connect employees throughout CWP together (virtually or in-person) to foster camaraderie, employee satisfaction and a sense of value.
Analyzing employee turnover data and identifying trends and patterns.
Assisting with conducting exit interviews and surveys to gather feedback from departing employees.
Assisting in the coordination and implementation of the onboarding and orientation process for all new hires and internal transfers.
Data entry to update all necessary HRIS and company electronic internal platforms.
Support recruitment efforts as requested.
Support the Education Department as requested and other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements and Qualifications: Three to five (3-5) years of experience Human Resources with a background in recruitment, training, talent management or professional development.
(Preferred) Advanced degree in a directly related field.
(Preferred) Working knowledge of Affirmative Action policy, Department of Labor laws and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal, customer service, time management, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting assigned deadlines.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience with HRIS systems, including data input and management Ability to maintain boundaries, confidentiality, and demonstrate discretion regarding employee and program information An energetic, mission-driven, and positive demeanor to help lift employees Possess a high degree of initiative, creativity, resourcefulness and be able to view situations from all perspectives Knowledge and familiarity with employment laws and regulations Proven success record implementing and managing recruitment and onboarding programs and experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies.
Prior experience working with and contributing to a diverse workplace.
**Will consider transferable skills and train the BEST FIT** HIPAA Compliance: Demonstrates knowledge of and adheres to CWP policies and HIPAA regulations governing the confidentiality and security of protected health information for both manual and electronic resident records, charts, information and other confidential information including (but not limited to) employee records, computer access codes and passwords.
Physical and Sensory Requirements: (With or without the aid of mechanical devices) Appropriate professional attire as required by CWP dress code.
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with staff, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
Must possess leadership and willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise professional and non-professional staff.
Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to relate to residents based on the level at which they are currently functioning.
Must possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing practices.
Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
Must be able to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner.
Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of this position.
Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prosthetics that will enable the senses to function adequately so that the requirements of this position can be fully met.
Must function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, staff and support agencies.
Must be in good general health and demonstrate emotional stability.
Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset and at times, angry people within the facility.
Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of twenty-five (25) pounds.
