Wireless Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in selecting and purchasing wireless devices and accessories - Educate customers on the features and benefits of different wireless products - Demonstrate product functionality and provide technical support as needed - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and inventory levels - Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked with inventory - Follow all company policies and procedures Experience: - Previous experience in phone sales or customer service is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers - Multilingual skills are a plus - Basic math skills for processing sales transactions - Experience in electronics or technology sales is a plus - Familiarity with cash handling procedures As a Wireless Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology while providing excellent customer service.
