This position will start on the 10am to 7pm schedule and rotating Saturdays 9am to 12pm.
Responsible for addressing a wide range of customer questions.
Maintains effective customer service and sales skills in order to conform to service standards and measured goals.
Will facilitate both inbound and outbound calls.
Works to resolve a variety of customer inquires in a timely and complete manner.
Complies with all relevant policies and regulations and ensures that all security measures and controls are adhered to.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED
Customer service and/or sales experience helpful
Skills and Abilities:
PC skills to include MS Word and Excel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic sales skills
Must have a positive attitude, adaptable to change, and willingness to work in a team environment
Tasks Performed:
65% Addresses and resolves a wide range of customer inquires in a timely and complete manner from various sources while maintaining individual department service level and sales goals.
20% Facilitates outbound sales service calls according to the parameters of each campaign.
Will be held to definable and measurable goals.
10% Ensures that all security measures, procedures and controls are adhered to.
5% Other duties as assigned.
May be asked to perform other duties related to bank operations including, but not limited to, account maintenance, verification, scanning, or account reconciliation.
Physical Requirements:
Communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers
Stationary 75% of time or greater
Move Objects to Maximum 10 lbs
