Responsibilities
Prospect daily for customers
Great understanding of the product, including options, specifications, etc.
Communicate sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount
Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales and leases
Achieve high CSI scores
Learn to overcome objections and earn the sale
Availability to work Saturday’s is required
Qualifications
Steady work history and is committed to starting a new career
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A positive and outgoing personality with an expertise in developing relationships
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work well in process driven environment
Professional, well-groomed appearance with good work ethic
The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($62,400.
00 to $121,200.
00), which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”).
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
