*Job Description*
We are looking for an experienced and professional Outside Sales Representative who is ambitious with a strong work ethic.
Self-motivation, strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a small team, are necessary to succeed in this position.
*The ideal candidate will have *
* Strong drive to provide quality customer service.
* Experience and knowledge in sales within the LED lighting distribution industry
* Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
* Proficient with technology and dealing with equipment and software (Excel, Word, E-mail, and using the internet are must-have skills).
* Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Willingness and desire to travel multiple days/week is required.
* Must have a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
*Responsibilities*
* Practice the highest level of integrity with customers.
* Deliver timely and high-quality verbal and written communications with customers and the sales team related to quotes and orders.
* Be a strong advocate for meeting and exceeding customer requirements and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Visit and meet with existing and new wholesale distributor customers to update product offerings, make joint-sales calls, and provide solutions to customer challenges.
* Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business.
* Conduct product training sessions with distributor branches
* Take the initiative to learn Green Ignite products.
* Work closely with CEO to create sales target goals/plan and report daily/weekly to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
* Use designated CRM and other programs.
* Monitor market conditions concerning competitors.
