Marketing Design Specialist

The marketing design specialist is responsible for creating engaging visual images and content to improve Upstate Caring Partners brand awareness around its products and services.
Marketing design specialists works with all aspects of production, creating graphics for viewers depending on requirements and media demands.
A marketing design specialist must have excellent knowledge of utilizing various software tools and programs, coordinating with the whole design team on adjusting plans, improving layouts according to budget limitations, and submitting deliverables within the set deadlines.
Core Responsibilities Assist in creating promotional content for the agency.
Assist with creations of media such as print collateral, website content, and social media posts.
Work with a cross-departmental team.
Represent the agency at community events which may fall outside regular business hours.
Ensure compliance with all pertinent government and agency regulations and operating standards.
Qualifications Associates Degree and 3-5 years of related experience.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Strong understanding of design skills and knowledge of current design trends.
Valid NYS Drivers License.
