*Job Overview*
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team and support various marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, conduct market research, manage social media platforms, and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand awareness.
*Responsibilities*
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns across multiple channels.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as content for social media, emails, and print.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Maintain and update digital marketing assets, including websites and social media profiles.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.
• Support the organization of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for various marketing projects.
• Assist in administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the marketing department.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.

, Google Analytics, social media management tools).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Prior experience or internships in marketing is a plus.
*Compensation*
Salary commensurate with experience $50,000- $55,000 per year (posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
Standard reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity).
