Here’s the Gist:
NTPI organization works closely with R&D and operations teams to transfer and tune new technologies in the Mohawk Valley Fab.
A NTPI Process Technician is expected to, get trained and qualified in all process areas as needed by the organization, perform basic tool operation without direct supervision, assist engineers, solve basic problems and troubleshooting, and be able to compile data and perform some basic analysis, all in a safe manner.
The Day-to-Day
Work in the fab on executing NTPI process development tasks including inspections, data collection, equipment adjustment, and process optimization.
Basic setup and operational work in manufacturing execution system and data analysis with software, track and control components through the production process
Provide regular progress updates by emails and in team meetings
Work with R&D and NTPI engineers on basic problem solving
Work with engineers and vendor on R&D equipment installations.

The posted salary range is what Wolfspeed reasonably expects to pay for this position.
Actual pay for a hired applicant will be determined based on the individual’s job-relevant qualifications, experience, and other determinative factors.
In the event it is determined that a different job level upon hire is warranted then that range will be communicated to the hired applicant as soon as reasonably practicable.
