1997 Cadillac Deville D'elegance (Utica)

Looking to sell or trade my Deville.
Not been a very good year and I don't have time or patience at the moment.
Been meticulously maintained since I bought it.
Engine does not consume oil or coolant.
Coolant temps run about 196*.
I have owned these for years.
I had the engine replaced in 2018 due to head bolt failure.
I have been changing the coolant bi annually.
Transmission has no issues, never any codes, torque convertor is fine.
Fully serviced as well.
The good.
Runs and drives well NYSI just done.
Emissions exempt due to age Interior is in excellent shape, All windows, locks, everything functions fine Parking Brake does work I literally just got done replacing the rear springs and installing coilover shocks (got tired of the air ride issues) Knuckle bushings are fine (common issue on these) been replaced twice in my time The Bad ABS pump is bad.
Have pump bypassed to keep ABS lights off.
(should be fixed) Rust is starting to pop up on the body.
I wash it, coat it, you name it, rust is unstoppable.
Blew a brake line last week.
Most every line has been replaced with the Koni lines(Copper Nickel) The line that blew looks to be the only one that was not changed yet.
(Right Rear).
Catalytic convertor has a rust hole on the outlet side.
Causes a Check Engine light.
When I patch the hole the light goes right out.
I just did not feel like replacing the Cat Brakes will need to be serviced.
If cleaned up should not need to be replaced.
Just has surface rust on the rotors Does have a very small oil leak.
Coming from the crankcase seal (extremely common on these) Have to add a quart at best between oil changes.
Overall I would hate to see it go to the Junkyard.
I have put a lot of time and effort into it.
I get about 20mpg with it as a daily driver.
I need to find a truck as my frame is bad so whatever I get from this would help to replace my truck.
Will not take less than $1000.
