I’d love to open a physical location for a retail store.
Everything I see is too expensive.
As a small business, I need to grow to be able to afford more than $1000 with nothing included monthly.
I’d need at least 750 square feet (and a back room for storage) If you’d like to give a small business a chance to grow and benefit the community and you have a location you can give me a deal on for 1 year instead of it sitting vacant.
I’d love to be in Utica I was born and raised here I’d rather not go to a different city.
I want my city to benefit from having me.
I don’t sell smoking supplies, food, drugs, or alcohol.
I do sell clothing, jewelry, household, footwear, etc.
Having a physical location will help me grow and I’d be able to help the community more because I’d be able to acquire more inventory that I can use some to give to those need.
(I always give away items, if I’m buying in BUlk cheaply, to people who need it such as people who homes burned down, people just starting out, struggling moms etc.
I want to be able to grow so big I can buy a truckload of toys to give away at Christmas time! That’s a dream of mine.
